Mama Pho - mama's dishes made the right way

My mom and dad are Vietnamese refugee coming to Norway from 1985 after the war in Vietnam to find the peace and freedom. Our family has 4 siblings who always enjoy my mom's authentic, fresh and healthy dishes and would like to share them to friends. We love my mom's traditional Vietnamese noodle soup - pho and Vietnamese baguette - banh mi and we are pretty sure that you will love them too.

Welcome to Mama Pho - a beautiful restaurant in the charming backyard at the heart of Oslo. You will see my mom, my dad and us working there to share with you our happy moments.
